How to Order:

You can order by either ordering off of the website using Paypal, you can call us and order by phone using a credit card, or you can mail in your order with payment by money order or cashier's check. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not offer a lay-away plan. Please note that we are no longer accepting checks or invoice orders. All checks will be mailed back, no exceptions. Invoice orders must be made with credit card payment. No exceptions.

At this time, we feel the need to reiterate that the manufacture time for all uniforms is 8-12 weeks. We do not currently have a stock of uniforms. Please plan ahead and make sure you order in plenty of time. We do not guarantee delivery for any uniform with a suspense of less than 8-12 weeks. In other words, a lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on ours.

RETURN POLICY:

We provide the size chart for the measurements needed to custom make the uniforms. If you do not provide accurate measurements and your tunic or trousers do not fit, it is not Schipperfabrik's responsibility to make it right. If the error is our fault and returned within three days, we are more than happy to make it right.

All returns must be made within three (3) days of receipt. All returns must be in unused condition. All sized items such as caps, shirts, helmets, stock clothing items (drill uniforms, trousers, etc) and belts require a size to be stated. If the size you provided and received does not fit, you may return it along with return postage and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If we made the mistake, then we will happily make it right. All refunds will be made in the form of a check.

Shipping Information:

DOMESTIC:

We ship via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are determined by weight of the items ordered if the order is placed over the phone. If the order is placed through the website, the shipping charges are pre-set with our shopping cart. Those charges are for domestic shipping only. Please see below regarding international shipping. Delivery confirmation is added to all domestic shipments free of charge. We insure most domestic packages.

INTERNATIONAL:

Due to the ever increasing disappearance of First Class International packages, we are instituting a "Priority International Mail" only policy. We will only ship Priority mail internationally. This means that shipping amounts will go up for some smaller items, but it will not affect most larger items. This also means that the packages can be tracked and traced should they go missing.

International shipments can be insured also, but we must declare full value. All International shipments ship out on Monday, Wednesday, and/or Friday. The postage charged by Paypal is an estimated amount based on the final value of the order. If the actual amount of postage is less than the amount charged, we will happily refund the difference. If the amount charged, is less, we will need to bill you for the difference.

Domestic uniform orders are sent via UPS insured.

If you are so rude as to call outside our business hours do not expect a civil response!
If we cannot answer please leave a message with your name and number we will return your call. Due to numerous problems with "Private" phone numbers, we have blocked all calls coming up on caller ID that are labeled as "Private". If you have your number set to "Private", your call will not go through.

Email: We try and answer each and every email we receive. If you have a spam filter on your email (especially Earthlink users), please turn if off or add us to your list. We will no longer be requesting to be added in order to return your email. Sorry.

Returns: Due to an recent run of deadbeats and returns for no fault of our own, we find it necessary to stress that refunds must be made within 3 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Period.
If you can't agree to these terms don't return something for refund.
